Heart
Your strength is love — compassion and connection sit at the centre of who you are.
Your strongest centre is the heart — the great bridge between the earthy lower chakras and the airy ones above. You lead with love. Compassion comes easily to you, forgiveness more easily than to most, and connection is the thread you weave through everything. You feel others’ joys and sorrows as if they brushed your own skin, and you give warmth generously, often before anyone thinks to ask. To be near you is to feel quietly, genuinely cared for.

In depth
When it’s balanced
Balanced at the heart, you love freely and without keeping score. You forgive — not because you forget, but because you’d rather not carry the weight. Compassion flows to others and, crucially, to yourself; you can be tender with your own failings as well as everyone else’s. You connect deeply and let people in, unafraid of closeness or of being moved. There’s a quiet generosity to you, an instinct to comfort, include and reconcile. You hold space for others’ feelings without losing your own footing. People trust you with their soft, unguarded selves, because you keep them gently.
When it’s blocked
When the heart guards itself, love starts to come with conditions and costs. You may give endlessly while quietly going empty — martyring, rescuing, loving everyone but yourself. Or the doors close: walls go up, old hurts harden into grudges, and you keep people at a careful arm’s length to avoid being wounded again. Jealousy, resentment or a lonely ache can creep in. Underneath is usually a fear that opening up means being hurt or abandoned. Learning to receive love, set kind boundaries, and forgive — especially yourself — is how the heart thaws and reopens.
In everyday life
You’re the emotional glue of your circle — the one who remembers, checks in, smooths things over and makes everyone feel they belong. In love you’re devoted and tender, more fluent in care than in conflict, sometimes giving more than you take. At work you build harmony, mentor naturally, and care about how decisions land on real people. You’d rather collaborate than compete. Your warmth is your gift, but you do have to watch the urge to fix everyone’s pain at your own expense. Boundaries, for you, are an act of love too.
How to tend it
Practise receiving as well as giving — let someone help you, hold you, do something kind, and resist the urge to repay it instantly. Forgive in small instalments, starting with yourself. Tend the friendships and bonds that feed you, and gently weed the ones that only drain. A simple gratitude or loving-kindness practice keeps the heart soft. And guard your reserves: you cannot pour from an empty cup, so a boundary isn’t a betrayal of love — it’s what lets your love last. Breathe into your chest and let it open.

- Harmony in your relationships matters to you more than winning.
