The 32 SLOAN Codes

SLOAN (or “Global 5”) notation takes the same five Big Five scores and picks a side on each, giving a five-letter code read in the order <b>E · N · C · A · O</b>. It trades the nuance of a percentile for something you can actually say out loud. Because every factor picks a side, a score near the middle still gets a letter — <b>treat each one as a lean, not a verdict</b>.
