Chaotic Evil
You're the Destroyer — selfish, unbound by any rule, and answerable to nobody.
You are the Destroyer — selfish, unbound and answerable to absolutely nobody, driven by your own desires and a cheerful contempt for anything that would restrain them. You don’t scheme like the tyrant or calculate like the malefactor; you simply take, smash and indulge, and let the rest of the world deal with the wreckage. Freedom and appetite are your only gods.

In depth
What you believe
You believe in your own will and nothing else — no law, no leader, no code, no cause has any claim on you, and the very idea of restraint is an insult. You’re not building anything like the tyrant; you’re unbuilding everything, because order is just a cage that other people want you in. Your wants are your only law, your freedom is total, and anyone who appeals to rules, decency or consequences has simply failed to understand that none of it applies to you.
In action
Under pressure you lash out, indulge and destroy — no plan, no restraint, no second thought for the carnage. You answer impulse instantly and consequences never, which makes you genuinely terrifying because there’s no leverage to pull and no deal to strike. In a fight you’re raw, violent and unpredictable, a wrecking ball with a grudge; your only weakness is yourself — your impulsiveness wrecks your own schemes, and your refusal to cooperate means you tend to burn down your allies along with your enemies.
At your best
At your best — and this one really is scraping the barrel — you’re a force of pure, unfiltered freedom, an unstoppable will that no chain has ever held. There’s a terrible grandeur to someone who answers to nothing, and on the rare occasion your appetite for destruction happens to point at something that deserved destroying, you are an apocalypse on the right side. You are what every system secretly fears: the person who simply will not be controlled.
At your worst
At your worst — which is most of the time — you’re a hurricane of cruelty and ruin, hurting people for the joy of it and tearing things down for the spectacle. You’re loyal to no one, restrained by nothing, and as dangerous to your supposed allies as to your foes; betrayal and destruction aren’t strategies for you, they’re reflexes. You leave nothing standing and nothing learned, just a wide ring of damage and the dawning realisation that there was never any reason behind it at all.
Your party role
You’re the loose grenade — devastating when aimed at the enemy and catastrophic when not, useful only to a group desperate or reckless enough to risk pointing you. Nobody trusts you, everybody fears you, and the smart ones keep one eye on you at all times. You clash with literally everyone: the good are your prey, the lawful your jailers, the calculating can’t control you, and even your fellow villains keep their distance, because a creature that destroys for the love of it can’t be relied on to stop at the agreed targets.
The character you’d play
You’re the mad marauder, the gleeful agent of chaos, the unchained monster who wants to watch it all burn for no reason a sane person could name — the villain who’s frightening precisely because you cannot be bargained with. In stories you’re the embodiment of pure destruction, the threat with no off-switch and no negotiating table, the one the heroes can only stop, never reason with. You’re the wildfire given a will, the freedom of the storm — and the reminder of exactly why the others bother with rules at all.
You know you’re one when…
- You treat any rule, leader or limit as an insult to be defied.
- You act on impulse and appetite, with no plan and no afterthought for the wreckage.
- You can’t be bargained with, because you’re loyal to nothing but your own will.
- You’re as dangerous to your allies as to your enemies — and untroubled by it.
- You take what you want and let the world clean up what’s left.
