The relation
Socionics names this Business (Cooperation). It isn’t a rating of the two people — it falls out of where each type’s elements sit in the other’s Model A, and it would say the same about any SEI/IEI pair.
Quadras
SEI is Alpha, IEI is Beta. Different quadras want different things from a room, so even where you get on, the ambient values need translating.
Where the pressure lands
SEI’s vulnerable element is Te; IEI’s is Te. Those are the two sore spots — in Socionics almost every hard relation is really a story about one person’s strongest element sitting on the other’s weakest.
