This one is asymmetric, which is what makes it hard. SEE (The Politician)'s leading element lands squarely on EII (The Humanist)'s vulnerable function, so SEE sees EII's weak spot constantly and effortlessly — usually without meaning to. Meanwhile EII's best work bounces off SEE unnoticed. EII keeps trying to earn SEE's regard; SEE isn't withholding it and often has no idea any of this is happening.

Where the pressure lands
SEE’s vulnerable element is Ti; EII’s is Se. Those are the two sore spots — in Socionics almost every hard relation is really a story about one person’s strongest element sitting on the other’s weakest.
A note on gender
This relation is asymmetric. It reads differently depending which side you’re standing on — SEE and EII are not having the same experience, and that’s the whole point of it.
