This one is asymmetric, which is what makes it hard. LII (The Analyst)'s leading element lands squarely on IEE (The Advisor)'s vulnerable function, so LII sees IEE's weak spot constantly and effortlessly — usually without meaning to. Meanwhile IEE's best work bounces off LII unnoticed. IEE keeps trying to earn LII's regard; LII isn't withholding it and often has no idea any of this is happening.

Where the pressure lands
IEE’s vulnerable element is Ti; LII’s is Se. Those are the two sore spots — in Socionics almost every hard relation is really a story about one person’s strongest element sitting on the other’s weakest.
A note on gender
This relation is asymmetric. It reads differently depending which side you’re standing on — LII and IEE are not having the same experience, and that’s the whole point of it.
